Step 1: Sign in to TRONSCAN
Step 2: Click BLOCKCHAIN > TOKEN RECORD.
Step 3: Choose TRC10 Token and click YES.
Step 4: Enter token information.
Step 5: Confirm token information and the token will be issued when you click SUBMIT. (Note: Issuing a token requires a one-time consumption of 1024TRX)
